Do you recognize Buddy Bear and Pebbles the Parrot? They were turned into our Lost & Found office late last month. 🐻🦜
We made sure to show them some of our Southern hospitality and gave them the full tour of the airport. They enjoyed beignets at Cafe Du Monde, viewing our festive holiday decor and so much more.

We’re ready for our close up! 🎬
You may have noticed a familiar background while scrolling through Netflix. Their newest holiday thriller “Carry-On” set at LAX was actually filmed at our former terminal.
The holiday action film stars actor Taron Egerton as a TSA officer and Sofia Carson as his on-screen girlfriend and airline operations manager. As part of her preparation for her role, Carson toured the airport and spoke with various employees about their experience at the airport.

Imagine if you repurposed concourses C and D at the old terminal. Build a connector walkway between the two concourses and you could have a single security checkpoint. Now you have actually doubled your gates with the addition of the new terminal. Alleviate some of the parking and transportation nightmare that is the new terminal. Who knows maybe be a focus city for a major carrier? Oh wait, that’s forward thinking. Nevermind.
